Romeo Santos. Boomerang
The song is called Boomerang, and we had to design boomerangs. That's right. But not just one. We made hundreds of them surrounding Romeo Santos, the king of bachata. Boomerang is the visual metaphor for love that goes and comes back. A metaphor that we very successfully managed to translate into this new universe.

Crescendo animation
Through the visual effects in this piece, we had to convey how our protagonist's "loves" pile up with their comings and goings. That's why we decided that the best way was to surround Romeo Santos with boomerangs in a crescendo animation. At first, the boomerangs start arriving slowly until hundreds of them interact with him.
Spiral movement
We created a global spiral movement along with an individual movement for each of them, which brought the entire scene to life. Furthermore, the lighting and metallic texture of the boomerang helped accentuate these movements, thanks to the way the light bounced off them.
